The costs for purchasing a dairy cow amount to 250 Euros, including transport, shelter and health check. Our organization is supported by a lot of friends, sponsors and donors, which we are very thankful for. Some of them paid the whole price for one or even more cows. As a thankyou they were allowed to name the cows that they paid for.
This way, our first two cows that we bought in 2010 are called Uschi and Karin. In the meantime they have been joined by Angie, Blessi, Hilda, Hope, Jacky, Kennedy, Rebecca, Sara, Schäufela, Susi, Toto and a lot more happy dairy cows on the fields of Liavo, Kenya.
